Hey there, I'm Lindsay.
I have been living and teaching yoga and pilates in Northern California for over 10 years. Mindful movement has helped me alleviate stress and anxiety and now I want to share these practices with you.
We have a great studio with a fantastic community but I knew I wanted to help more people so that is why I started the Om Studios Online Membership.
