Hip-Hop & Handstands

This workshop will integrate strength building exercises with short yoga sequences that prepare the body & mind to balance upside down! Students will learn fun and creative ways to build up the core & upper body strength necessary to approach these asanas with a stable foundation. Our inversion play-time will emphasize breath connection and healthy alignment. Students will go home with a deeper understanding of how they can safely integrate inversions into their own practice. This workshop is suited for all levels. Come with a playful attitude! $35
