Here at Om we believe the real secret to overall welllbeing is a regular practice. We help you achieve that consistency by offering a variety of classes including Yoga, Spin, & Pilates Fusion. Our multidimensional fitness community encourages you to develop a full well being profile, by allowing you to choose from all of our in house specialties. From drop in to yearly memberships we do our best to acommodate everyone's needs. We encourage you to try out our Intro Special, a one week, $20 investment that allows you to experience all of our Spin & Yoga Classes during those 7 days.
