Lindsay (Studio Owner)
Lindsay is a passionate advocate for the complementary disciplines of Pilates and yoga, weaving the precision of Pilates with the breath, focus, and mindfulness of yoga in every class she teaches. Her approach to movement is rooted in deep awareness, intentional sequencing, and a belief in the power of conscious, embodied practice.
She is a certified Balanced Body Pilates instructor and completed her 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2010, bringing over a decade of experience and thoughtful instruction to her teaching. Lindsay is dedicated to sharing not only the physical benefits of movement, but also the joy, challenge, and self-discovery that arise through consistent practice.
In addition to teaching Pilates and yoga, Lindsay leads active breathwork group classes and private sessions, creating space for students to explore deeper layers of connection, regulation, and transformation. As the owner of Om Studios, she is deeply committed to cultivating a welcoming, supportive community where students feel empowered to move with intention and confidence.

Jordan Rossow (Manager)
Jordan is the Studio Manager at Om Studios and a guide in movement, sound, and soulful gathering. Her teaching is rooted in creating experiences that invite presence, embodiment, and a deeper connection to self through intentional movement, breath, and sound.
Jordan leads sound journeys and women’s circles, holding space for reflection, regulation, and inner listening. Her offerings are woven with crystal sound bowls, guided meditation, journaling, and ritual, allowing students to slow down, soften, and reconnect with their inner rhythm. She is passionate about creating safe, supportive environments where people feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore their inner landscape.

Hannah Lonergan
Hannah discovered yoga over a decade ago, developing a deep passion for both the physical and mental dimensions of the practice. She began her teaching journey in 2018, completing her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training at Om Studios in Monterey, and later advanced her studies through the Ki Yoga 300-hour Becoming a Master Teacher & Mastering the Business of Yoga program in Santa Cruz in 2021.
Her Vinyasa-style classes are known for thoughtful alignment cues, creative sequencing that supports anatomical integrity, and energy-lifting playlists. Hannah’s teaching balances strong physical movement with inward awareness, highlighting yoga as a pathway to connection—both within ourselves and with the world around us.
In addition to yoga, Hannah holds a Master’s degree in Ayurveda & Integrative Medicine from Maharishi International University (2022). She furthered her studies in Kerala, India, the birthplace of Ayurveda, where she received certification in Ayurveda & Panchakarma through Sreedhareeyam Ayurvedic Eye Hospital & Research Centre. Her holistic background deeply informs her teaching, offering students an experience that is both grounding and transformative.

Rebekah Cordell
Rebekah’s yoga journey began as a path toward healing, inspired by her mother’s encouragement to explore yoga as a tool for both physical and mental recovery from running and soccer injuries. Since 2006, she has been a devoted practitioner, student, and teacher, continually honoring yoga as a dynamic and transformative lifelong practice.
She holds a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification through Kripalu in Massachusetts, with additional studies in Ayurveda in Jaipur, India, and Pilates training through Balanced Body. Rebekah brings this diverse background into her teaching, offering a compassionate, holistic approach that is accessible and supportive for students of all levels.
Rebekah’s teaching philosophy centers on gently dismantling mindset barriers and limiting beliefs. Through mindful movement, breath, and inquiry, she guides students to recognize and disrupt repetitive thought patterns, challenge outdated narratives, and cultivate deeper self-awareness. She believes that by expanding our sense of what is possible, we strengthen both self-efficacy and compassion—for ourselves and for one another.

Karolina
Karolina was born in Poland and has spent her life immersed in the world of fitness and movement. Her journey began in childhood through Capoeira, a Brazilian dance-based martial art that sparked a lifelong appreciation for strength, rhythm, and embodied awareness.
She is a certified personal trainer and completed her reformer Pilates training under a highly respected teacher in Santa Barbara, bringing a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to her classes. Karolina’s teaching style is slow, steady, and intentionally powerful, emphasizing control, precision, and deep muscular engagement.
Her reformer classes invite students to move with focus and presence, building strength and stability while honoring the intelligence of the body. With a calm, grounded energy and a strong foundation in movement, Karolina creates an experience that is both challenging and supportive—designed to help students feel strong, centered, and deeply connected.

Sarah Butler
Sarah is a Monterey Peninsula native and former professional ballet dancer with over 15 years of experience in Classical and Contemporary Ballet. Through her dance career, she developed a deep understanding of the language of the human body—an awareness she now brings into her yoga teaching with care, precision, and grace.
Sarah’s classes are rooted in intentional breath, mindful sequencing, and a strong connection between mind and body. She is deeply passionate about the healing and liberating power of yoga, designing practices that encourage students to move consciously, reconnect with their inner strength, and feel supported exactly as they are. Her teaching emphasizes clean, articulate movement while creating a safe, fearless space for exploration and self-discovery.
With a heart-led and compassionate approach, Sarah aims to support her students in cultivating greater presence, posture, and ease both on and off the mat. She is honored to guide, witness, and walk alongside students in their evolving practice and is grateful to share this work with the Om Studios community.

Naomi Lear
Naomi is a barre instructor whose passion for holistic health and mindful movement led her to Om Studios after moving to Monterey from Switzerland in 2021. Inspired by the studio’s vibrant community, she completed her Barre Certification and 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training through Om and began teaching in 2022.
Her full-body barre classes blend dynamic, fiery movements with isometric strength work, building functional strength, stability, and endurance. Known for her energetic instruction and carefully curated, upbeat playlists, Naomi creates empowering and challenging classes that are both accessible and motivating for all levels.
Outside of the studio, Naomi finds grounding and inspiration through movement and meditation as an avid hiker, artist, and certified California Naturalist. Join her for a class and leave feeling joyful, strong, and deeply connected.

Margie Spector
Margy has been practicing and teaching Pilates for over 20 years, bringing a deeply informed, compassionate approach to movement. She received her Comprehensive Pilates Certification through Balanced Body in 2013, completing her training with Center of Balance in Mountain View and Agile Monkey in Santa Cruz.
After discovering Pilates in 2004 while recovering from sports injuries—and later navigating her own bilateral knee replacement—Margy experienced firsthand the profound healing power of the practice. Her teaching emphasizes the connection between body and mind, with a focus on strength, balance, posture, flexibility, and long-term mobility.
In addition to Pilates, Margy is trained in the Franklin Method and fascial release, incorporating props to help release tension and support functional movement. She previously owned Creative Bodies in Gilroy and now teaches in the Monterey Bay Area, where she is passionate about helping clients move with greater ease, confidence, and vitality at every stage of life.

Amanda DeSalvo
Amanda was introduced to Pilates over 20 years ago as a rehabilitation tool while working with college athletes as a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC). In 2009, she discovered the reformer, and it was love at first class—drawn to the powerful mind-body connection and the way Pilates allows individuals to work to their full potential within a shared space.
She became Balanced Body certified in 2011 and has been teaching Pilates ever since. Amanda brings a contemporary, creative flair to her classes, often weaving in influences from various fitness modalities to keep sessions engaging, dynamic, and thoughtfully challenging.
Amanda is known for reminding her students, “We don’t do Pilates to get better at Pilates—we do Pilates to get better at life.” She is passionate about supporting students as they build mobility, balance, and strength, and finds deep fulfillment in watching clients grow from beginners into confident, seasoned practitioners who trust their bodies and their capacity to move well.

Emily Spears
Emily views yoga as a safe and supportive space to reconnect with your present self and your most compassionate, authentic nature. Her classes weave together stillness, intuitive breathwork, somatic movement, and asana, creating opportunities to decompress, explore playfulness, and cultivate balance both on and off the mat.
Her offerings are energizing, warming, and rewarding, inviting students to challenge themselves while also honoring inner wisdom and individual needs. Emily believes yoga is truly for everyone—from those stepping onto the mat for the first time to experienced practitioners seeking deeper connection and community.
Emily has been practicing yoga for over four years and completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand in January 2025. She brings a grounded, heart-led presence to each class, encouraging students to move with curiosity, compassion, and trust in their own experience.

Margarett Gabrielson
Margarett leads every class with warmth and intention, creating a welcoming space where students of all levels feel supported and seen. Drawing from a diverse fitness background, her teaching blends mindful movement with a strong emphasis on alignment, internal awareness, and empowerment through breath.
Born and raised in the Bay Area, Margarett has called the Monterey Peninsula home for over 20 years. She completed her 200-hour RYT at Om Studios in 2023 and holds certifications in Indoor Cycling, Barre, Mat Pilates, TRX, and HIIT. Outside the studio, she co-owns a local cycling studio and is deeply involved in the community through philanthropy and her role as a board member with the Monterey chapter of the Surfrider Foundation.

Annika Roberts
Annika Roberts is a Monterey County native who has been practicing yoga for over a decade. Her commitment to the practice deepened after moving to Orange County, where she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at RA Yoga and pursued additional studies in Yogalates and Yoga Sculpt.
Now back in her hometown, Annika is passionate about sharing mindful, strength-building movement with the local community. Her teaching is rooted in a strong understanding of anatomy and alignment, paired with creative sequencing that thoughtfully balances strength, flexibility, breath, and play.
Known for cultivating inclusive, uplifting class environments, Annika’s flows are energized and inspired by music—so you can always expect a carefully curated, high-vibe playlist to move to. Her classes invite students to feel empowered, supported, and fully present on the mat.

Gennica Cochran
Gennica Cochran, 500-hour RYT, began teaching yoga after attending Mount Madonna School of Yoga in 2010, where she was deeply inspired by the teachings of Baba Hari Dass and the path of service, self-study, and devotion.
She holds certifications in Restorative, Prenatal, and Classical Ashtanga (Raja) Yoga, and completed the 500-hour Power, Precision + Mindfulness training with Jason Crandell in 2016. Gennica brings this diverse background into classes that are both skillful and soulful, rooted in breath awareness, mindful alignment, and intentional movement.
Drawing inspiration from the earth, the cosmos, and the natural rhythms of the seasons and lunar cycles, Gennica weaves threads of reflection and wisdom throughout her classes. Her teaching invites students to explore their practice with curiosity and reverence, cultivating a deeper connection to the truth of who we are—powerful, intuitive, and deeply connected beings.

Hayley Bluhm
Hayley completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Om Studios in 2018 and has been sharing her vibrant, uplifting energy with the community ever since. A longtime student and teacher at Om, she brings heart, authenticity, and joy into every class she leads and you’ll get to see her smiling face at the front desk upon arrival.
Passionate about the connection between movement and mental well-being, Hayley is currently pursuing her Master’s in Social Work, deepening her understanding of how the body and mind intertwine in the healing process. Her classes invite students to move mindfully, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves—cultivating presence, resilience, and ease both on and off the mat.

Gennifer Millington
Gen believes that a healthy lifestyle is about far more than just movement or nutrition—it’s about finding joy, balance, and nourishment for the mind, body, and soul. Blending personal insight, precise cueing, and a healthy dose of humor, she hopes every student leaves class feeling better than when they arrived.
Her love of fitness began in college and has been an integral part of her life ever since. Gen has been teaching since 2017 and leads barre, TRX, indoor cycling, and yoga classes. She completed her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training at Om Studios in March 2023, bringing a well-rounded, functional approach to her teaching.
Outside of the studio, Gen can be found hiking, lifting weights, baking, or tending to her succulent business. She is also deeply passionate about environmental stewardship and serves on the Monterey County Surfrider board.

Josselyn Alyssa
Josselyn views physical movement as a portal into the present moment—where awareness deepens and untapped potential lives. By guiding students to drop fully into the body, she believes we can access greater clarity, vitality, and a more embodied experience of the now.
In a world that constantly pulls attention outward, Josselyn creates spaces that invite students inward, exploring the often-unnoticed magic of the internal landscape. She approaches movement as a powerful form of energy work, helping students cultivate awareness of how to activate, shift, and uplift their life-force energy through intentional, embodied practice.
Josselyn is a certified Om Barre teacher and completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training through Om Studios. In addition to barre and yoga, she leads ecstatic dance and somatic movement experiences, offering grounding, expressive journeys that support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deeper connection to self. Her classes are an invitation to move freely, feel deeply, and reconnect with the wisdom of the body.

Taylor Rivas
Taylor completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Om Studios in 2024 and is honored to now share her practice with the same community that supported her journey. Rooted in over a decade of personal practice, her classes blend vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga, creating a space that feels grounding, supportive, and deeply connective.
With a background in Molecular Biology and Psychology, Taylor approaches yoga through a lens of curiosity, compassion, and mind–body awareness. Her own experiences with healing have shaped her appreciation for the body’s resilience and the transformative power of intentional movement.
Taylor’s intention is to help students cultivate greater trust, understanding, and presence within themselves—both on and off the mat. Outside the studio, she enjoys spending time in nature, traveling, connecting with the Monterey community, volunteering locally, and working toward a career in women’s health.

Andy Smith
Andy came to yoga in a deep and meaningful way over a decade ago and views it as both a physical practice and a way of life. She believes one of yoga’s greatest gifts is its ability to meet you exactly where you are—whether you arrive seeking physical movement, emotional balance, mental clarity, or spiritual connection.
Her classes weave together intentional movement, beautiful music, and the wisdom of the Eight Limbs of Yoga, all held with a playful spirit and light heart. Andy creates space for joyful expression alongside inward reflection, inviting students to explore their practice with curiosity, presence, and ease.
