Prenatal Yoga - 4 Week Series
A supportive space for movement, breath, and connection throughout pregnancy
Our Prenatal Yoga Series is designed to support the beauty and stages of pregnacy through intentional movement, breathwork, relaxation, and community. Each class offers a gentle and grounding practice tailored specifically for pregnancy, helping students build strength, mobility, stability, and ease throughout each trimester.
Classes will explore breath awareness, pelvic floor connection, posture support, nervous system regulation, and restorative rest while creating space to connect more deeply with both yourself and your growing baby.
This series is appropriate for all experience levels and offers modifications to support where you are in your journey. You can also join this class if you are just looking to move slower or postpartum.

Yin & Sound
A grounding fusion of deep stretch and meditative sound
This extended practice combines the stillness of yin yoga with the restorative qualities of sound healing to support deep rest in both the body and mind.
The first portion of class will guide students through longer-held yin postures designed to gently target the connective tissues, fascia, hips, spine, and nervous system. The practice will then transition into an immersive sound journey with crystal singing bowls and grounding instruments to support relaxation and integration.
This class is intentionally slow, calming, and accessible to all levels.
Music Themed - Heated Vinyasa
Classic Rock Heated Vinyasa with Hannah
A strong heated flow set to iconic classic rock anthems
Turn up the music and move through an energizing heated vinyasa flow led by Hannah featuring a curated classic rock playlist. Expect dynamic sequencing, intentional holds, strong transitions, and an immersive class experience designed to leave you feeling grounded, empowered, and fully present.
Set in a n infrared heated room, this class combines the challenge of mindful movement with the nostalgia and energy of timeless rock tracks.
Sense-A Somatic Journey
An immersive experience exploring ritual, grounding, sensation, and embodied connection
Sense is a deeply experiential offering designed to awaken the body through intentional somatic exploration. Through movement, sound, scent, touch, taste, and stillness, this practice invites you to soften out of the thinking mind and reconnect with the wisdom of feeling from the body.
This journey you will be supported through gentle movement, ceremony, sound, energy healing and hands on assists.
Throughout the evening, each sense becomes a doorway back into the body and presence so healing can occur.
Together we will explore:
Somatic awareness and grounding
Nervous system softening and regulation
Sensory connection and ritual
Breath, movement, and intuitive expression
Rest, reflection, and inner listening
This offering is intentionally intimate and supportive. No prior experience is necessary — simply come open to slowing down and experiencing yourself more fully.
Restorative Yoga
A practice of slowing down, softening, and deep support
Restorative Yoga is a deeply nourishing practice designed to support the nervous system through stillness, breath, and fully supported postures. Using props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, students are guided into restful shapes held for longer periods of time to encourage relaxation and release.
Rather than stretching with effort, restorative yoga invites the body into a state of ease where healing and regulation can naturally occur. Gennica does a beautiful job guiding the space for you to rest and receive.
Sacred Sound Journey
Sacred Sound Journey
A meditative evening of rest, resonance, and nervous system restoration
Join us for a grounding sound journey designed to guide the body into deep relaxation and the mind into stillness. Surrounded by the crystalline tones of alchemy singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments, you’ll be invited into a space of rest where the body can soften and the nervous system can unwind.
This experience is completely supportive and accessible — no movement experience is required. Simply arrive in comfortable clothing and allow yourself to be held in sound.
Sound Journey at Holman Ranch
An afternoon of deep rest, resonance, and renewal in the Carmel Valley hills
Join us at the beautiful Holman Ranch Estate for a restorative sound journey designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect. Set within the warmth of the Holman Ranch Carriage House, this immersive experience invites you into stillness through the meditative tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and grounding sound instruments.
Led by Jordy, this practice is intended to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and create space for reflection and restoration. Whether you are completely new to sound healing or already have an established meditation practice, this offering is designed to be supportive and accessible to all.
During the journey, you’ll be invited to lie down or settle comfortably as layers of sound wash through the space, creating an environment for deep relaxation and inner grounding.
Following the sound journey, guests are invited to slowly transition into the evening with a glass of Holman Ranch estate-grown wine and time to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the vineyard.
Please bring:
A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
Blanket and/or pillow for warmth and support
Anything that helps you feel like you are in a nest to rest for the sound
Comfortable layers and cozy clothing

Couples Yoga
Join us for a 75-minute Couples Yoga class designed to cultivate connection, trust, and relaxation with your partner. Through guided breathwork, synchronized movement, and supportive partner poses, you'll deepen your bond while releasing tension in the body. This practice encourages communication, playfulness, and a sense of harmony as you move together. After the 60 minute yoga class you will melt into a relaxing 15 minute mini sound journey.
Whether you're new to yoga or experienced practitioners, this class offers a beautiful way to share presence and mindfulness with someone special.
