Gather your bestie (or a few) and join us for a heart-forward afternoon of movement, connection, and celebration. This special offering is an invitation to slow down, laugh together, and create a meaningful shared memory in the beauty of the vineyard.
We’ll begin with a co-led 60-minute all-levels yoga flow guided by Emily and Annika—an accessible, feel-good practice designed to move the body, open the heart, and support connection both within yourself and alongside one another. After class, we’ll gather to enjoy rosé at Holman Ranch, soaking in the land, the company, and the simple joy of being together.
To deepen the spirit of community and sustainability, we’re also inviting participants to take part in a clothing swap. Bring a few thoughtfully chosen, gently used items from your closet—pieces ready for a new home. This exchange is offered as a playful, low-pressure way to share abundance and extend care beyond our circle. Any clothing remaining at the end of the gathering will be donated to a local women’s shelter, allowing this experience to give back and create a ripple of support.

Beneath the Waves; A Whale Song Flow is a slow, immersive yoga experience inspired by the ocean’s deep intelligence and rhythm. The Hearth : A 4-week series for women
A Winter Gathering for Presence, Movement & Connection
January 3, 10, 17 & 24
The Hearth is a 4-week, in-person gathering for women who are feeling called to begin the year at a slower pace. It is a place to land each week, to listen more closely, and to reconnect with yourself and with others.
We will gather throughout January in a supportive group container. Each session is designed to help settle the nervous system and create space to arrive more fully in the body and in relationship. Through guided movement, sound, reflection, ritual, and shared presence, this is not a space for fixing or striving. It is a space for being, feeling, and becoming more familiar with your inner landscape.
Rather than focusing on outcomes or goals, The Hearth offers a steady container to return to each week. Over time, clarity tends to emerge through presence, contact, and connection.

Why The Hearth
The hearth has long been the heart of the home, a place of warmth, gathering, and tending. It is where stories are shared, nourishment is created, and fire is cared for with intention. This circle is named The Hearth as an invitation to return to that inner center within ourselves—a space of safety, presence, and quiet power. Together, we gather to tend what is ready to be warmed, witnessed, and brought to life, remembering that when we are held in community, transformation unfolds naturally.

Meet the Guides
Carina Martone
Carina Martone is a yoga teacher and facilitator whose work centers on presence, nervous system awareness, and authentic connection. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Vida New York in 2019 and has since continued her studies in breathwork, Reiki, Integrative Gestalt Coaching, and somatic and mindfulness-based practices that support regulation, embodiment, and relational awareness.
Her facilitation has been shaped by moving between the roles of facilitator and participant in retreats and intentional group spaces, cultivating a deep respect for how safety, slowness, and attuned presence support meaningful connection. Carina’s work is devoted to helping people arrive fully into their bodies and into relationship with themselves and others.
Rooted in awareness-based and somatic practices, her teaching is shared through a warm, nurturing presence that invites softness, presence, and inner resilience. Guided by the belief that presence is both practice and refuge, Carina approaches yoga and facilitation as a pathway home to the body, to the earth, and to the quiet intelligence that lives within each of us.
Jordan Rossow
Jordan is a movement and sound guide devoted to creating spaces where people feel safe enough to soften, remember, and return to themselves. With a background in trauma informed yoga, Pilates, somatic movement, sound healing, and nervous system–informed practices, her teaching is rooted in embodiment, intuition, and presence.
Jordan’s passion for women’s group work comes from her deep belief that healing and empowerment happen in community. She has witnessed, time and time again, the way women soften when they are seen, mirrored, and held by one another. In circle, stories are shared, patterns dissolve, and clarity emerges—not from being fixed, but from being fully witnessed.
Her facilitation style blends gentle movement, breath, sound, and reflective inquiry to help participants feel grounded in their bodies and supported in stepping into a more aligned, authentic version of themselves. Jordan believes that when women gather with intention, they remember their innate wisdom and power—and that remembrance ripples far beyond the circle.
New Years Intention Setting Workshop
The Fool in tarot represents new beginnings and taking a leap of faith. It’s number is 0 which emphasizes the idea that we circle back to our role of beginner over and over again. Adopting a new mindset, anchoring in new habits or adjusting to any major life change requires us to become a clean slate.
New Year is one of the many opportunities we are given to start over. Everyone’s favorite reset button. But does that leave the other 364 days of the year up to chance?
In this workshop learn to access the blessings of a new beginning at anytime of year and become a master at playing The Fool. Join us for an introduction to tarot shifting into guided breath work, followed by prompted journaling, closing with a guided meditation to integrate it all!

As the year draws to a close and we celebrate the grand finale of our exhibition season, the Monterey Museum of Art (MMA) proudly presents Iluminado—an immersive installation that transforms the galleries into a space of light, reflection, and connection. With FREE admission throughout December, MMA is set to launch a series of programs for adults, students, and families. Whether it's Free Family Fun Day, a Creative Grounds workshop, or MMA's Winter Art Market, December promises to be a vibrant month at the Museum!

Sound Journey at Holman Ranch

This is a therapeutic experience that uses various sound frequencies to motivate a deep state of relaxation, to reduce stress and promote healing. During the Sunset Sound Bath, you will lie down or sit comfortably while our instructor, Jordy, uses a variety of instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes to create soothing and immersive sounds that will envelop your mind and body.
We encourage you to bring a yoga mat or cushion, a blanket, a journal and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and fully experience this Sound Bath.

Learn ancient tools to quiet the mind, soothe your body, and restore balance — on and off the mat.
Understand Ayurvedic daily rhythms (dinacharya) for optimizing energy, self-massage (abhyanga), breath work, herbs, teas, and lifestyle tweaks for calming the mind. Paired with a grounding restorative yoga flow & meditation to embody the practices.
Hannah discovered yoga more than a decade ago and began her teaching journey in 2018. Through her 200 hour yoga certification program (Monterey), she was introduced to Ayurveda, where it quickly became her passion and central to her teaching philosophy. Hannah received her Master’s Degree through Maharishi International University in Ayurveda & Integrative Medicine. In furthering her education, she traveled to Kerala, India (the birthplace of Ayurveda) where she studied and received certification in Ayurveda & Panchakarma through Sreedhareeyam Ayurvedic Eye Hospital & Research Centre. Hannah also interned with Susan and Jeff Turner, the doctors at Living Ayurveda clinic, who were her true inspirations in pursuing this healing modality, which re-instates ‘care’ into ‘Healthcare’.
Ayurveda is a holistic approach to well-being that believes ‘health’ is ‘life’. Hannah believes that self love is central to well-being and that a restoring of vitality, of the inner being, of faith in the self needs to occur.
She takes her personal lessons of healing and finding self love into her Ayurvedic work with clients and into the classroom in the form of Self Love Yoga.
Her approach with introducing clients to the benefits of Ayurveda is to highlight the ‘whole-person' in any healing journey. Hannah guides each individual on a personalized path to creating equilibrium through removing toxicity and restoring health through diet, lifestyle and herbs.
Hannah’s appreciation for the internal and external benefits of movement led her to expand her teaching offerings to include Barre. Her Barre Certification program (Santa Cruz) focused on a full-body approach to this ballet-inspired exercise, which cultivates lengthening & toning within the body. Hannah is now certified through Yoga Alliance with a 500 hour yoga certificate; after completing the Ki Yoga 300-HR Becoming A Master Teacher & Mastering the Business of Yoga program (Santa Cruz) in 2020. She hopes to teach her students that embodiment of health is possible, transformation is possible and living a soul-filled-life is the purpose.

Wine & Wellness at Holman Ranch

During the session, you will be guided through a meditative journey through a yin yoga sequence followed by the harmonic vibrations of the crystal bowls and gongs wash over you, promoting deep relaxation and healing. Restorative Yoga
Step into a sanctuary of deep relaxation and renewal with our 75-minute Restorative Yoga. This gentle practice is designed to soothe the nervous system, release tension, and cultivate a profound sense of inner peace. Through a series of supported postures, calming breathwork, and guided meditation, you’ll be invited to surrender and unwind fully. The ceremony will incorporate elements of ritual and mindfulness, creating a sacred space for healing and reflection.
