Embodied Breath Work
Join Lindsay for a special 75-minute breathwork experience designed to help you release, reset, and return to yourself. This offering is your invitation to move energy, clear mental clutter, and tap into the healing power of your breath.
We’ll begin with a gentle, grounding flow to get embodied and connect to sensation—about 25 minutes of mindful movement to soften tension and prepare the nervous system for deeper work. From there, Lindsay will offer a brief 10-minute talk exploring the technique and science behind breathwork—how conscious breathing supports the nervous system, promotes emotional release, and invites greater presence.
You’ll then be guided through a 30-minute active breathwork journey, followed by a 10-minute savasana-style integration to allow the body and mind to fully absorb the experience. We’ll close with space for questions, group sharing, and reflection.

Franklin Method Mat Pilates Workshop
The Franklin method is a highly effective evidence-based approach to movement focusing on the body and its function. It was founded by Eric Franklin in 1994 who is a Swiss dancer, movement educator, and lecture. His main goal is to obtain dynamic body alignment, and how to move the body with maximum efficiency by the use of props, such as balls, rollers, and Therabands. It can help to illuminate tension and tightness within the body. Through brain imagery, it can help you experience and understand the bodies function to prevent injury, improve performance, and enhance general well-being. It is a nice compliment to yoga, Pilates, dance, and physiotherapy. Incorporating the imagery work can help to improve awareness, flexibility and mobility, coordination, and strength. The Franklin method has been practicing talked for over 30 years worldwide.
In this workshop, Margy will lead you through a movement practice, using the principles of mat Pilates, along with the Franklin method teachings. It is a 1.5 hour offering.

Inversions Workshop
Ready to flip your perspective? Join Lynn for a dynamic 2.5-hour workshop designed to help you build the strength, alignment, and understanding needed to approach inversions with confidence. This workshop will break down the essential components of going upside down—starting with targeted warm-ups to prepare the body, then exploring the foundational strength and proper alignment required for a safe and sustainable inversion practice.
We’ll also dive into the physics behind inversions, so you can understand the "why" behind the movement—not just the "how." Expect hands-on support, playful challenges, and plenty of time to explore poses like headstand, forearm stand, and handstand at your own pace.
Yoga experience is required so that we can move efficiently as a group and make the most of our time together.
