We’re going back to the basics—rooting into the body and building strength from a grounded, supportive place.
In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll move slowly and intentionally through foundational strength patterns such as squats, lunges, deadlifts, rows, and presses, using light weights and clear, accessible guidance. Each movement will be broken down with options to modify, explore, and gently progress in a way that honors your body and where you are today.
The pace is steady and spacious, allowing time to feel each shape, reconnect with your base, and notice the quiet energy that comes from moving with intention and strength. This is an invitation to refine your technique, build confidence in familiar movements, and cultivate a deeper relationship with your own physical foundation.
Open to all levels—whether you’re new to strength work or looking to revisit and refine the fundamentals. You’ll leave feeling centered, steady, empowered, and perhaps a little pleasantly sore.
