Meditate inside the warm Holman Ranch Carriage House, and leave feeling rejuvenated and centered. Finish the evening with a glass of estate-grown Holman Ranch wine.

This is a therapeutic experience that uses various sound frequencies to motivate a deep state of relaxation, to reduce stress and promote healing. During the Sunset Sound Bath, you will lie down or sit comfortably while our instructor, Jordy, uses a variety of instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes to create soothing and immersive sounds that will envelop your mind and body.

We encourage you to bring a yoga mat or cushion, a blanket, a journal and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and fully experience this Sound Bath.
