Reformer Foundations Workshop

Step into your Reformer practice with confidence through our 2-hour Reformer Foundations Workshop at Om with Jordan Rossow.

This workshop is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates in a supportive, welcoming environment. Whether you’re completely new or looking to refine your form, we’ll guide you through the essential movements, equipment setup, and key principles of alignment.

You’ll learn how to engage the correct muscles, move with control, and build awareness in your body—creating a strong, safe foundation for all future classes. With a slower pace and hands-on guidance, this is your opportunity to ask questions, receive personalized support, and truly understand the “why” behind the work.

This is the perfect starting point for anyone interested in joining our Reformer classes and memberships, helping you feel prepared, empowered, and at home in the studio.

About Jordan

Jordan has been guiding movement for over a decade, with 10 years of teaching experience and the last 5 years dedicated to Reformer Pilates.

Her approach blends a deep respect for classical Pilates with an intuitive understanding of the body. Drawing from her background in yoga, sound healing, and other restorative modalities, Jordan creates a space where strength, awareness, and nervous system support come together.

While she loves weaving in elements from the many modalities she studies, her foundation remains rooted in the principles of classical Pilates—prioritizing alignment, control, and sustainable movement patterns that support the body long-term.

Her teaching style is supportive, detail-oriented, and accessible, helping each student feel both challenged and at ease as they build confidence in their practice.
